Ryan Fireprotection Inc., a full-service commercial and industrial fire protection company, is planning a $25 million expansion of its Noblesville-based headquarters.
Noblesville Mayor Chris Jensen announced the expansion at his Sept. 10 State of the City address.
“Oftentimes, we hear about new companies coming to our community, and we sometimes miss the fact that there are existing landmark companies in central Indiana like Ryan Fireprotection that we want to continue to grow and expand here,” Jensen said.
The expansion, dubbed HQ2, will consist of a nearly 50,000-square-foot warehouse, a two-story office structure of more than 67,300 square feet and a 28,000-square-foot outdoor supply yard at the southwest corner of 150th Street and Cumberland Road on undeveloped land directly north of its existing facility at 9740 E. 148th St.
