Scattered showers and thunderstorms possible Tuesday

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) - Scattered showers and a few thunderstorms can bring rain to some of the Western Slope on Tuesday afternoon and evening.

Tuesday’s Forecast

Tuesday will be partly to mostly cloudy. A few showers and thunderstorms are possible in the afternoon, then they will increase in the early evening before ending overnight. We’ll warm from upper 50s and lower 60s at 7 AM to upper 60s and lower 70s at noon, then to low-to-mid 70s at 4 PM. High temperatures in the afternoon will be near 80 degrees around Grand Junction, 77 degrees around Montrose, 80 degrees around Delta, 78 degrees around Cortez, and 83 degrees around Moab. Low temperatures in the morning will be near 56 degrees around Grand Junction, 50 degrees around Montrose, 52 degrees around Delta, 48 degrees around Cortez, and 62 degrees around Moab.
