linkedin email reddit (RTTNews) - Scienture Holdings Inc. (SCNX) announced Tuesday that its subsidiary, Scienture, LLC, has entered into an agreement with a distribution partner to expand the commercial reach of REZENOPY Nasal Spray 10 mg to addiction treatment centers in the U.S.
Under the agreement, the distribution partner will establish a dedicated commercial channel covering approximately 2,000 opioid treatment program (OTP) clinics and other addiction treatment facilities.
REZENOPY (naloxone hydrochloride) is a 10-mg naloxone nasal spray for the emergency treatment of known or suspected opioid overdose. The product received FDA approval for the same indication in April 2024.
Scienture holds exclusive U.S. commercialization rights to REZENOPY under a separate agreement with Summit Biosciences Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Kindeva Drug Delivery.
The new agreement supports Scienture's commercialization strategy within the defined addiction treatment center field.
