Shea’s Theater at one time stood as a center of the Ashtabula community, and today it represents what many remember of the city’s past.
The former theater’s redevelopment is overseen by the non-profit Main Avenue Performing Arts and Community Center, which Tuesday announced a three-year plan for revitalization.
