Shelby County Clerk’s Office announces new operating hours
MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - Shelby County Clerk’s Office announced new hours for all locations.
Each office will now be open to the public from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Clerk Dr. La Sonya Hall says the new hours will give employees time to prepare for customers before opening and wrap up their work after closing.
“Aligning our operating hours is another step toward delivering more efficient, responsive, and customer-focused service,” Hall said. “This change strengthens coordination with the State of Tennessee, better supports our employees, and helps us improve the customer experience. It is one of many steps we are taking to modernize operations and give Shelby County residents back their valuable time.”
The changes take effect on November 2.
