Marion, MA — South Coast Improvement Company (SCIC) has hired three new team members as the company continues to expand its project portfolio and operational capacity.
Joining SCIC are Timothy Faria, preconstruction assistant project manager; Zachary Proctor, assistant project manager; and Daniel Rodríguez Lozano, assistant project manager.
Timothy Faria, assistant project manager in SCIC’s preconstruction department, joins the company with project management experience in the ship repair industry. Most recently serving as a project manager with Conneaut Creek Ship Repair, Faria led the end-to-end delivery of projects valued at approximately $7.5 million or more annually. His experience includes estimating and producing quotes, negotiating with vendors, coordinating regulatory requirements, and managing large, schedule-driven projects. Faria is a 2020 graduate of Massachusetts Maritime Academy with a Bachelor of Science in International Maritime Business.
