SPOKANE, Wash. — The Spokane Police Department is responding to an alleged hit-and-run that happened on Monday night near West Maxwell Avenue and North Walnut Street.
Initial reports say the victim was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
Police are blocking off the road and going door-to-door to gather witness statements and video footage.
