After a prolonged legal process spanning five years, a couple from St. Louis, known for their viral defense of their property during a BLM protest, has successfully recovered their AR-15 rifle. The incident, which gained widespread attention in 2020 amidst the George Floyd protests, saw Mark and Patricia McCloskey brandishing firearms to safeguard their home after protesters breached a gate and marched onto a private street. They claimed their family was threatened and that protesters, including former Missouri Representative Cori Bush, shouted slogans supporting Black Lives Matter.
