Stanford at Duke, 4pm Sat, 9/19 on CW

At 4PM ET Saturday the Cardinal are at Duke. The game is telecast on the CW. Stanford is coming off of a bye, but before that a blowout loss to Miami, while Duke survived with an upset at Illinois. ESPN shows Duke favored by about ten, with o/u line at 51.5 — so expecting score in the vicinity of 31-21.

Stanford emphasizes the pass moreso than the run. Their QB Warren is highly rated, having transferred there from Michigan. The Stanford coaching staff shows a large NFL influence. Beware the big plays.

Expect a big dose of Sheppard from Duke against a less-than-sturdy Stanford defense. One big question is the health of Eget after a late injury versus Illinois.
