Starco Brands Announces Acquisition of The Starco Group to Strengthen Vertical Integration
Starco Brands (STCB) is set to acquire The Starco Group (TSG), its contract manufacturing division responsible for private label products and co-packing services. TSG operates three manufacturing facilities across the United States, producing items spanning personal care, household goods, food, and beverages. The deal is anticipated to conclude in the fourth quarter of 2025, pending due diligence, contractual agreements, and regulatory approvals.
Following the acquisition, Starco Brands Inc. will rebrand itself as "Starco" and establish two primary subsidiaries: Starco Brands and Starco Manufacturing. These units will function independently under the larger Starco organization, which will continue to be led by Chairman and CEO Ross Sklar. Sklar expressed enthusiasm about the strategic move, stating, "This milestone allows us to achieve true vertical integration for many of our brands, unlocking substantial synergies and expanding our revenue streams."
