Klipboard Acquires Linxup, Adding 25,000 Fleet Management Customers
Klipboard has completed the acquisition of Linxup, a US cloud-based fleet management software provider headquartered in Chesterfield, Missouri. Founded in 2004, Linxup serves approximately 25,000 customers and manages more than 240,000 connected devices. Its platform provides vehicle tracking, AI-enabled dashboard cameras, driver behaviour monitoring, equipment tracking and fleet compliance tools. The acquisition expands Klipboard’s North American field-service management business and follows its earlier purchase of RAM Tracking. Following the transaction, Klipboard’s software portfolio supports more than 80,000 enterprise and small-business customers across 74 countries. The company employs nearly 1,900 people globally. Linxup previously received investment from Spectrum Equity. The purchase consideration was not disclosed.
