Former Wilson County Sheriff Terry Ashe recently received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Tennessee Sheriffs’ Association for “exemplifying courage, integrity, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to public safety throughout an extraordinary career of military and public service,” according to a resolution from the organization.
