Vitalant will hold three blood drives in Glendive during October, offering area residents several opportunities to donate blood and help save lives.
Vitalant, the majority blood supplier to hospitals across Montana and Wyoming, encourages all eligible donors to schedule an appointment to help maintain an adequate blood supply and prevent treatment delays for patients who need lifesaving transfusions.
The following blood drives are scheduled:
Tuesday, Oct. 20: Dawson Community College Blood Drive, 1-3:45 p.m., Community Room in the basement of the main building, 300 College Drive
Wednesday, Oct. 21: Dawson County High School Blood Drive, 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Glendive Public Schools Board Room, 900 N. Merrill Ave.
Monday, Oct. 26: Glendive Community Blood Drive, noon to 5:45 p.m., Glendive Alliance Church, 105 Highland Park Road
