Timex.com Inc. defeated a proposed class action alleging it collected and disclosed consumers’ personal information without consent in violation of federal and state wiretapping laws.
Lead plaintiff Trevor Lutge failed to allege a concrete injury sufficient to establish standing to sue in federal court, Judge Edward M. Chen said Monday for the US District Court for the Northern District of California.
