TLC Management has paid $94.3 million, or $392,917/unit, for AMLI Deerfield, a 240-unit apartment property in the Chicago suburb of Deerfield, Ill. The Chicago investor acquired the property, at 1525 Lake Cook Road, from AMLI Residential in a deal brokered by JLL.
AMLI Deerfield came to market earlier this year with no asking price but was assessed in 2025 at a value of $53.85 million, according to Cook County, Ill., public records.
The property was built in 2015 and has one- and two-bedroom units that range from 527 to 1,365 square feet. Amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, lounge, and garage parking.
