GRAND FORKS — The Town Square Farmers Market and Live Well Grand Cities organizations are hosting a fundraising event Saturday, Sept. 26. Proceeds will go to their local food systems work, organizers say.
The event will feature the showing of a free public watch party of the 2026 Farm Aid festival — which is being held in Virginia — from 4 to 11 p.m. in Town Square at DeMers Avenue and South Third Street.

The “Farm to Forks: A Farm Aid Watch Party and Local Fundraiser” is scheduled on the final day of the Town Square Farmers Market this season and joins a long tradition of the national Farm Aid festival that began in 1985. It is intended to strengthen local food systems and support family farmers, organizers say.
This year’s lineup includes songwriter guitarist Ty Myers, a platinum-selling breakout star who has amassed more than 1.5 billion global streams and landed at No. 2 on Billboard’s list of the festival’s best performances. He will be joined by the Turnpike Troubadours, Lukas Nelson, the Wisdom Indian Dancers and many others.
