Trump Advisor Accuses India of Funding Russia's Ukraine War Amid U.S. Pressure

A senior advisor to former President Donald Trump has accused India of indirectly funding Russia's military actions in Ukraine through its continued oil purchases from Moscow. This statement comes amid increased U.S. efforts to persuade New Delhi to cease importing Russian energy. Stephen Miller, the White House Deputy Chief of Staff and a close confidant of Trump, expressed strong criticism on Fox News, highlighting that India's oil imports from Russia position it alongside China as major buyers, which he described as "astonishing." Despite U.S. warnings and the implementation of a 25% tariff on Indian goods related to Russian energy and military dealings, Indian officials have indicated their intention to persist with these purchases.
