Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union’s 10th Idea Leap Grant Competition opened Friday, Sept. 25 at 9 a.m.
To celebrate the 10th cycle, TVFCU has increased the top prize in each region to $50,000 and the second-place prize to $20,000. In total, TVFCU will award $300,000 in non-repayable grant funding to 15 small businesses across Chattanooga, Ocoee and Northwest Georgia during the 2026–2027 competition.
Through Idea Leap, TVFCU is providing eligible small businesses with funding and resources to help them take their businesses to the next level. Since its inception, Idea Leap has invested over $1 million among nearly 90 local businesses.
Applications opened Sept. 25 at 9 a.m. and applications will close Oct. 26 at 5 p.m.
