BATAVIA — A plan to consolidate Western Regional Off-Track Betting branch locations is moving ahead.
The WROTB Corporation Board of Directors on Tuesday announced its intent to move forward with a recommended plan to consolidate its branch operations from eight locations to two, following a multi-year review of the branch network and its long-term financial sustainability.
