Used farm equipment values are holding up despite uncertainty in the farm economy. “As far as equipment machinery goes, used values are kind of trending upward or holding a level,” reports Tate Moser of AgDirect. “A lot of the dealerships, didn’t order a lot of new for 2026 or 2027, trying to liquidate their used, but I think we’re seeing a lot of that becoming in check.” Moser says the limited supply of new machinery is helping support used equipment prices. “Based on the limitations on new, it’s bound to go up.” AgDirect monitors auctions and other sales to track changing equipment values. Moser was at the Big Iron Farm Show with AgCountry Farm Credit Services.
