After moving back to California a year ago, Vanessa and Nick Lachey have decided to leave the Golden State behind for a " new chapter ." Their Los Angeles home is officially on the market for $8.2 million. The Love is Blind co-hosts have owned the SoCal estate on two separate occasions; according to Mansion Global , they originally purchased the house from retired NFL wide receiver Randall Cobb in December 2020 for $5.1 million. After Vanessa snagged the role of Jane Tennant in NCIS: Hawai'i , the family relocated to a beachside Honolulu dwelling in 2021. They privately offloaded their LA manse to tennis star Naomi Osaka in 2022 for $6.3 million.
During Osaka's three-year residence, she reportedly made "significant privacy upgrades" to the home. The four-time Grand Slam champ added gates, hedges, security cameras, motion detectors, and an 800-square-foot guest house outfitted with a gym, a kitchenette, and a spa-like bath.
