VB Spine has successfully acquired the rights to Stryker's spinal implant division in Australia and New Zealand, marking its inaugural expansion into international markets beyond the United States. The company will continue its partnership with LifeHealthcare, which has been the exclusive distributor of these products and will maintain that role. Additionally, VB Spine retains exclusive rights to Stryker’s Mako Spine technology and the Copilot automatic depth stop feature.
