Tare has completed $13.25 million in seed financing led by Blockchain Capital to develop an end-to-end technology platform for private credit. Strobe Ventures, Janus Henderson, Apollo Global Management, The Venture Dept, Neoclassic Capital and Avalanche Foundation participated, alongside investors including Aave CEO Stani Kulechov and Tether co-founder Phil Potter. Tare’s founding team includes executives with experience at BlockTower, Centrifuge and J.P. Morgan. The startup is building a unified system for originating, managing and financing credit assets, targeting the growing asset-backed finance market. Its technology aims to replace fragmented private-credit processes with infrastructure covering loan creation through distribution, potentially improving liquidity, transparency and operational efficiency.
