EUCLYD Raises Over €200 Million to Build Energy-Efficient AI Infrastructure
EUCLYD has raised more than €200 million in Series A financing to accelerate development of energy-efficient AI infrastructure. The round was co-led by Samsung, Somerset Capital Partners, EQT-managed Scaleup Europe Fund and Innovation Industries, with participation from EIFO, imec.xpand, BOM and Quadri. Founded by Bernardo Kastrup and Atul Sinha in Eindhoven, EUCLYD is developing craftwerk agentic AI silicon and the craftwerk station CWS, an exascale AI system designed to lower power consumption and AI inference costs. The funding will expand EUCLYD’s engineering team, accelerate its silicon and datacenter systems roadmap, and support commercial deployment across enterprise, sovereign and hyperscale AI markets. Former ASML CEO Peter Wennink has joined EUCLYD as Chairman of the Board.
