The townhouse development will provide 21 rental units on Maria Avenue in Demopolis. The townhouses will be “upscale” homes of two and three bedrooms.
the Demopolis City Council voted at their Sept. 17 meeting to rezone property just east of the Vowell's grocery store on Highway 80.
