The Peoria Riverfront Market could be named among the top 10 farmers markets in the country – and there is still time to cast your vote.
Up until 4 p.m. on Sept. 30, community members can cast their vote for the 2026 America's Farmers Market Celebration .
Peoria's Riverfront Market currently sits at No. 6 for the national rankings – with just over 2380 votes cast in its favor as of 4 p.m. Sept. 21. Along with this, the central Illinois market is currently the top spot for the Midwest and the state, with the Arlington Heights Farmers Market trailing by around 280 votes.
