As the new academic year commences, standout athletes from West Rowan High School's baseball team, Brant Graham and Carter Durant, have received scholarship offers from Catawba College.

Carter Durant's Achievements
Durant, recognized as an All-State second baseman, posted stellar stats with a .476 batting average and 42 RBIs over 29 games. His aggressive batting approach is complemented by his ability to draw walks, resulting in a .557 on-base percentage. His versatility on defense allows him to play multiple positions.
Brant Graham's Skills and Stats
Graham, primarily valued for his pitching skills, achieved a 6-1 record with a 1.53 ERA during the season. His strikeout-to-walk ratio is notably strong, with three strikeouts for every walk issued.
