The golf team (3–0) beat the Blair Blazers, the Wootton Patriots, and the BCC Barons at Hampshire Greens Golf Course. They shot 147 as a team, while Blair shot 156, Wootton shot 163 and BCC shot 170.
For the first time in school history, all six players shot below 40. Junior Alex Bruch led the way, as he shot 36, while senior Andie Greenberg, sophomore Miles Simpson and junior Leo Zaleya each shot 37.
“We played solid as a team,” Zaleya said. “I think what separates us from other schools is how much we support each other.”
The team’s next match was Sept. 3 at 3:30 p.m. at Little Bennett Golf Course.
