Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NYSE: NCLH) is a publicly traded company with no controlling shareholder. It owns three brands, Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises, and runs a fleet of 34 ships from Miami. Large asset managers hold its biggest disclosed stakes, and John Chidsey, the former Subway CEO, has led the company since February 2026.
