SITE Centers Corp. has announced the sale of Winter Garden Village, a sprawling 1.1-million-square-foot retail complex located in the suburban area of Winter Garden, Orlando. The transaction is valued at $165 million, equating to approximately $150 per square foot. The buyer is reported to be an affiliate of DWS Group, with the deal anticipated to conclude later this quarter.
Originally acquired by SITE Centers, formerly known as DDR Corp., in 2013 for $196 million, the property was constructed in 2007. It hosts a variety of tenants, including Bealls, Best Buy, Burlington, LA Fitness, Macy’s Market, Marshalls, Ross Dress for Less, Staples, and Target.
