During a media session on Tuesday, Samuel shared his approach to the upcoming season. "Coach Fran (Brown) advises me to stay true to myself and let my talents shine," he remarked. "I try not to overthink and focus on playing my game. The coaching staff is supportive, encouraging me to remain calm and present in the moment."
Coach Brown has expressed confidence that Samuel could earn a starting spot at cornerback as a freshman. "I'm truly thankful for the support," Samuel said. "Many coaches have given me opportunities, and Coach Brown has been especially influential. I’m committed to giving my best."
