The Yucca Valley Planning Commission will meet in regular session tonight, with Native Plant Permits, Site Plan Reviews, and Environmental Assessments to be discussed.

A Site Plan Review and Environmental Assessment will be considered for the new C&S Rotisserie Chicken Restaurant, a 3164 square-foot interior space and 860 square-foot open air covered patio that will include a fresh baked bread bar, a coffee bar, fresh fruit juice and ice cream bar, located next to the C&S Café.
The Conditional Use Permit for Domino’s Pizza and Jersey Mikes will also be discussed, with amendments including the elimination of a drive-through and additional parking spaces.
The meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. at the Yucca Valley Community Center’s Yucca Room.
